LIFESTYLE AND WELLNESS COACHING

Three Month One-on-One Personalized

Wellness Coaching-Unlimited......$1000

Services include:

  • Initial consultation

  • Customized nutrition plan based on client goals and current health status

  • Weight loss, muscle gain, or health optimization  

  • Recommendations of basic supplementation

  • Lifestyle management strategies

  • Stress management strategies

  • Sleep management strategies

  • Weight training programs

  • Cardio-respiratory training protocols

  • Client is taught to track and asses basic biofeedback

  • Blood work recommendations for optimization

  • Weekly check-ins by phone and email   

  • Unlimited email and text

$350 deposit and 3 monthly payments of $217.

*Monthly unlimited coaching fee to apply for continuation of services past the three month time frame. 

 

**All clients who sign up for the Wellness Coaching must provide proof of a personal trainer.

One-Time Basic Wellness Package......$650

 

This is a one-time consultation and program design based on your current lifestyle, history, and future goals. 


Services include:

  • Initial consultation  

  • Customized nutrition plan based on client’s goals and current health status

  • Training schedule based on current need

  • Cardio-respiratory training protocols

  • Recommendations of basic supplementation

  • Blood work recommendations for health optimization
     

**Note: There is no long-term follow up with this plan.
    
Monthly Unlimited Coaching......$200
 

  • Three month minimum

  • Must have completed the Three Month Wellness Coaching plan

  • If started out on One-Time Basic Wellness Package, you have 30 days to opt in the Monthly Unlimited Coaching.
